To understand exactly what AgencyofRecord.com (AR) is, it helps to know a bit about who built it and why. AR was created by an agency team of designers and programmers who spent years managing brands and producing integrated marketing campaigns and custom websites and applications. Clients were large, small and everywhere in between, including Small Business owners, educational institutions, multinational corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies. Since 1995, website projects themselves ranged from stand-alone landing pages, to simple brochure sites, to dynamic sites with complex front-end demands and systems integration hurdles.

- We find agencies are increasingly more dependent on custom development and IT personnel for production and delivery of their ideas, and

Louis Geiger
President/CEO
Louis Geiger is the founder of AgencyofRecord.com -- the on-demand website design, marketing, and management platform he spawned following a decade plus of full-service agency experience. AR seeks to eliminate dependencies on custom development and outsourced programming relationships by standardizing functionality and placing website design, marketing, and management controls in the hands of creative professionals.
Prior to AR, Louis operated a full-service agency which excelled in blending aesthetic and technical business requirements for regional, national, and international brands, including the National American Red Cross, Western Union Global, Baltimore Ravens, US Department of State, US Department of Labor, Trados/SDL International, iJet International, National Geographic, and MedStar Health among others.
An award-winning designer and traditionally trained artist, Louis is a graduate of the University of Maryland - College Park, BS in Advertising and Design.
Robert Lamb
VP, Director - Platform Design
Robert Lamb is a design and marketing executive with experience managing brands and integrated campaigns across all media. Rob is responsible for front-end development and creative direction for AR.
A former Design Director for the nationally recognized CBS affiliate WUSA-9 in Washington, DC., Robert received an Emmy Award for "On-air Graphics and Animation." He was responsible for daily operations of the department and staff, which included the presentation of WUSA-9's on-air properties (News, Promotion, Programming and Specials). Robert also directed design for WUSA-9 corporate branding, print and offline ad campaigns, and special events.
In addition to his achievements in design, Robert was singled out and received Manager of the Year honors from Gannett, WUSA's parent company, which owns and operates countless other TV affiliates and media companies, including the USA Today newspaper.
Robert's talents offer a unique, expert perspective across all media. Robert is a graduate of the University of Maryland - College Park, BS in Advertising and Design.
Devin Rushing-Schurr
VP, Director - Platform Development
Director of Platform Development for AR, Devin previously held the positions of Web Developer and Corporate Webmaster for ARINC Incorporated, a $450 million company with 50 worldwide locations that has served customers in aviation, government, and other industries since 1929.
While at ARINC, Devin was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical online database applications and websites for ARINC's intranet and corporate Internet presence.
